If we hid the name from the quote we shared above, most people would think they are the words of a spiritual master, and not of a Nobel Prize-winning physicist! But this is the beauty of a universal concept such as Manifestation.
Whether you approach manifestation via science or spirituality, it leads you to the same fundamental truth: that by consciously directing our thoughts towards a certain goal, we can manifest it as reality.
Celebrated Buddhist monks like Thich Nhat Hanh and decorated scientists such as Nikola Tesla have all spoken openly about the power of vibrational energy and manifesting one’s reality. While we spoke about the power of mindfulness in the first article of this series, today let’s deep dive into the concept of manifestation, the science behind it, and 3 ways to successfully apply manifestation to reach our goals.

What Is Manifestation?
You may have heard stories of people who strongly desired for something to happen, and found that they received it shortly thereafter. Perhaps you’ve experienced this yourself. This is not a coincidence - this is manifestation in motion.
Manifestation is the conscious creation of circumstances that lead to a fulfilling life. It involves using our thought patterns, beliefs, and mindset to actualize the reality that we desire.
Embracing this powerful practice in our daily lives can help us achieve our goals - whatever they may be.
Whenever manifestation is discussed, we find that two ideological camps invariably crop up on both extremes of the spectrum. The first group scoffs at it and only supports ‘hard scientific evidence’. The second group, on the other hand, appears to only superficially focus on the spiritual aspect of the concept itself without fully understanding its context.
But the power of manifestation is a harmonious blend of both - two sides of the same coin. It is as much a spiritual phenomenon as it is a science-based one - and today, we will show you how.

Vibrations & Manifestation
If you have followed our previous blogs and explored the science Omnia applies, then you may already know that all of nature and matter in our universe is a manifestation of vibrational energy. Everything you see around you - be it living or non-living - has come forth from a fundamental vibrational field of energy that exists all across the cosmos.
So it’s only natural to wonder - if everything in the universe has the same vibrational source, then why do people and objects look so different from each other? This is because each entity has its own frequency signature at which it vibrates. Different vibrational frequencies manifest themselves in varying physical structures.
But vibrations not only determine the physical form; they are also the secret behind consciousness. Our vibrational energy determines our emotional and psychological health - and, in turn, our lived reality.
Our thoughts are transmitted via the body's nervous system, which is a network of billions of nerve cells and trillions of synapses. Each of these nerve impulses are nothing but electrical signals with specific wave frequencies.
If we take this thought further, then we get a revelation: if all our emotions and thoughts are forms of vibrations, then it is possible for us to alter and tune into the frequencies of our desired reality. And in doing so, we can manifest it into our lives.
The first step to achieving something is to believe that you can make it happen.
If you restrict yourself with negative self-talk and fear, then you are at the risk of trapping yourself in a vicious circle of demotivation. This will limit you to a low vibrational energy, and you’ll find yourself straying further and further away from your goals. Without realizing it, you are stopping yourself from unlocking your true potential.
Once you clearly picture the life you wish to lead and truly believe that you can achieve it, then you propel yourself toward a path of abundance, love, and fulfillment.
With the power of manifestation, you can raise your vibrational energy. You may not even realize it, but you will start taking steps - both consciously and subconsciously - to make your dreams come true.
The Science Behind Manifestation
Many branches of science have found evidence that points to the power of manifestation and visualizing.
Max Planck, the Noble prize-winning scientist who laid the foundation for quantum physics, had this to say about the nature of reality:
"I can tell you as a result of my research about the atoms this much: There is no matter as such! All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particles of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together... We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind. This Mind is the matrix of all matter."
Psychologist Carol Dweck has extensively researched the power of manifestation from the point of view of mindsets. She found that while a fixed mindset resulted in stagnation and a fear of failure, having a growth mindset helps you stay motivated and curious, learn new things, and achieve bigger goals.
Scientific research has also found that meditation and prayer can lead to better physical, emotional and psychological health. This points to the fact that if we put ourselves in a positive mindset and envision our desired goals, our physical and emotional well-being improves and tunes into this goal - supporting the journey to our destination.
3 Ways To Manifest Your Goals
Manifestation may seem like an other-worldly or intimidating task, but it is not. By following some simple steps in our daily lives, we can begin our journey to manifest our goals:
1 - Visualize Your Goals With Clarity
This is the most important step - you must picture the reality you want to manifest and the intention behind it as clearly as possible. Are you wishing for a promotion at work? Then visualize what it would look and feel like - perhaps you could picture yourself at the boardroom giving a successful presentation to a client, with your colleagues and superiors impressed with your performance. Mindful meditation is a powerful way that can increase self-awareness and quieten the mind.
2 - Create an Action Plan
“God helps those who help themselves” goes the saying, so why not give your goals a push in the right direction? By creating a blueprint of your goals, you will start taking concrete actions that take you closer and closer to them. With the power of manifestation supporting you, you’ll be able to take on all challenges that come your way with confidence and calm.
3 - Trust The Universe
Once you have visualized the reality you want to manifest and made your plan, trust that it will happen and detach yourself from it. The cosmos works in mysterious ways, so stay open-minded about the opportunities that come your way. Even if they may not seem like they directly feed into your goal, don’t hold yourself back from taking a leap of faith - you’d be surprised at where you end up.
Both science and spirituality point to the fact that all matter, energy and thoughts originate from an all-pervasive vibrational energy field. Manifestation is a powerful practice that can help us remove blockages from our journey and unlock our true potential to make our dreams come true.
