Shipping policy

 

Customer purchasing from the EU, please note that you may be liable to pay the following charges on delivery. You are not charged at this point of purchase so your national customs control agency may charge additional:

1. Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods Tax that applies in your country
2. Any Import Tax that is due.

Please note:

• Import tax should not be liable because the product is made in Switzerland and we make this clear in our paperwork provided to the courier. However, Omnia is not in control of the decision made by the customs team in your country.

• If your National Customs agency believes any of these charges apply, they will notify you and request payment before you receive your goods.

• Omnia will have an EU fulfilment centre set up in 4-6months time (and then we will charge VAT at source). The goods are very light (less than 25 grams) and sent from UK (in case you want to research what tax is due in your country).
