Important Custom Excise, Duty and VAT Details

Please be advised that Omnia now has a fulfilment centre based in Germany and we are sending goods using the EU Directive called “OSS” (One Stop Shop) which allows UK companies to sell goods without limits. We will collect the relevant VAT from any customer in an EU country and then declare it via our accountants in Germany. This is a post-Brexit legal requirement based on new trade agreements between the UK and the EU.

Your local VAT rate will be charged at checkout but no customs or excise duties will be applied.
