Refund Policy

Omnia Balance will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be unaltered, and returned in the original packaging.

Omnia Balance merchandise may be returned or 30 days after receiving the package. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other than paypal or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto an Omnia Balance Gift Card. Cash will not be issued.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Omnia Balance reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange. For more information, please contact Omnia Balance Customer Service at hello@omniabalance.life.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
For purchases through PayPal, if:

PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.

Id credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
